6. Billing

The Billing area of Tangible Cloud is the view onto your subscriptions — the recurring charges that keep your licenses active. Payment details, invoices, and card updates are handled by Stripe, which Tangible Cloud links into directly so you don't have to visit a separate website to manage them.

This section covers:

  1. Subscriptions Overview — the list of your subscriptions inside Tangible Cloud and how each one maps to a license.
  2. Managing Billing in Stripe — using the Stripe customer portal linked from Tangible Cloud to update cards, view invoices, and change payment methods.
  3. Canceling a Subscription — stopping a subscription so it doesn't renew at the end of its current period.
  4. Expired and Past-Due Licenses — what happens to your licenses (and the sites using them) when billing fails or a subscription lapses.
