8. Support
The Help area of Tangible Cloud is where you go when something isn't working, you have a question the docs don't answer, or you need to reach someone at Tangible directly. It has two halves:
- Help Resources — links to documentation, the API reference, and the FAQ, for when you'd rather self-serve than wait for a reply.
- Filing a Support Ticket — submitting a request through the built-in ticket system when you need a person to look at your specific situation.
This section covers both.
